OFFER FOR SALE OF AN AGRICULTURAL AND ORCHARD COMPANY with a complex of land, plantings and full technical infrastructure The subject of the sale is a fully functioning, profitable agricultural and fruit growing company, offered together with a complex of agricultural land, professional plantings and complete technical infrastructure. Although the offer can be described as two separate elements – the enterprise and the land – in practice they constitute one coherent, perfectly functioning economic organism, enabling immediate takeover and continuation of the activity. 1. PRODUCT 1 – ENTERPRISE (organization, operational infrastructure, machinery, certification, know-how) The company has been operating for many years and is fully prepared to continue large-scale production, ensuring stable, high revenues and above-average profitability. Equipment and infrastructure of the company: Production hall with office and warehouse part – PLN 4,000,000 A complex of halls with office and warehouse facilities, fully adapted for production, storage and logistics. Machinery and equipment – PLN 2,000,000, including m.in: loader, 3 agricultural tractors, 2 trucks, 2 catering vehicles, a set of cultivation and fruit growing machines, equipment for harvesting, loading, transporting and preparing fruit. Onion processing line (peeling and packaging) – PLN 1,000,000 An independent technological line generating additional revenues. Production / operating value of the enterprise – PLN 1,500,000 It includes know-how, process organization, business relations and current operations. Installations and technical equipment Comprehensive water, electrical and system installations supporting production and logistics. The new owner can start the business from day one, without additional capital expenditures. Export certification The company has current certificates: GLOBALG. A.P GRASP (Risk Assessment on Social Practice) They enable immediate export, cooperation with retail chains and sales on foreign markets. Permanent and experienced staff: knows the specifics of the plantation and processes, ensures efficient harvesting and seasonal service, declares readiness to continue cooperation with the new owner. Know-how and support The Seller provides: full transfer of production and organizational knowledge, implementation of a new owner, transfer of long-term business contacts (including foreign ones), support in maintaining certification. Plantings – premium varieties of blueberries: Liberty – resistant and fruitful, Chandler – large-fruited, Elliot – late and transport, Cargo – very stable in production. Field infrastructure: irrigation systems (drip lines), operational routes and manoeuvring yards, infrastructure supporting production, areas for further expansion. 3. NATURE OF THE ENTIRE OFFER The whole creates one complete, profitable economic organism, which: generates high and stable revenues, has international sales capabilities, has experienced staff, provides over 20% return per year, is ready for immediate acquisition.
