The villa's outdoor and pool areas extend the indoor living space, featuring luxurious sun loungers, an outdoor grill, and expansive terraces.

Inside, the ground floor includes a spacious study, living area, dining room, and kitchen. At the center, there's an atrium filled with bamboo, enhancing the natural light flooding in from floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the sea, providing yet another opportunity to immerse in the surrounding landscape.

Three of the four bedrooms are located on the upper floor, each with a private bathroom, king-size beds, and beautiful coastal views. All rooms have their own private outdoor terrace, offering the perfect spot to sip a morning espresso or an evening aperitif. The fourth bedroom boasts all the features of a stylish master bedroom and is detached from the rest of the villa, creating a secluded retreat with a separate entrance.
