-Foyer + Living Room with comfortable large seating area with direct ocean view. Sofa is very long and wide and can be used as a fourth bed for a single person or two children.
-Master Bedroom - Double Bed and large en-suite bathroom, double sliding doors to the pool and direct ocean view
-Second Bedroom and Desk Area - private full bath - door to the pool and direct ocean view
-Third Bedroom with Double Sofa bed and Desk Area - door to the pool and private full bath Large Loggia for Indoor/Outdoor Living
-Large Sundeck by Pool with Comfortable Seating on First Upper Terrace
-Dining Area by Pool on First Upper Terrace under centenary olive tree overlooking the ocean and the Faraglioni
-Second Terrace consists of a large wooden deck with sun loungers with panoramic ocean view
-Third Terrace is a jacuzzi with a panoramic ocean view of the Faraglioni
-Fourth Terrace has an outdoor grill for cooking, dining table and chairs and a trellis covered with bougainvillea
