- The
first one contains your pivate login data for the access of our
database, the second one is the affirmation of your chosen rate.
- With your login data you can upload and edit your real estate offers.

All rates are given as monthly
amounts in euros, exclusive of applicable value added tax. Clients with
invoice address NOT in Germany are not applicable to VAT.
VAT to
be added to all prices quoted.*)
All rates are self-extending. You can terminate the rate until the last
day of your contract. If the contract is not terminated, it extends
automatically..
*) You can upgrade your rate at any time. Downgrading is not possible.
