BELLEVUE.de: XML INTERFACE AND DATA-IMPORT SERVICE
BELLEVUE.de supports XML, the popular data-exchange standard (the customised version used in the real-estate industry is known by a variety names, e.g. Open Immo, Immo XML, RELML etc.), which is used to automatically transfer property details to the bellevue.de database from your own software. As a result, your property details on bellevue.de will always be up-to-date – and there is no need for you to enter, edit or manage details manually.

REQUEST AND ACTIVATION
To request your interface connection data in order to activate the XML interface, please send an email with the subject "Request interface connection data" to SERVICE@BELLEVUE.de.
Please also provide us with the following informations to speed up the activation process
- Company name
- Customer-ID at BELLEVUE.de (five or six digit number, in most cases also your login number)
- Informations about your software solution or -in general meaning- the data source in which your properties are stored (software brand, type of service portal etc.)
- Approximate number of properties you wish to transfer
- Technical contact for further inquiries
You will then receive an e-mail with the connection details you require for the interface/portal management settings in your software. Please refer to your software documentation, or consult the vendor, if you do not know where to enter the data.

Once the interface has been activated, the connection details for your XML interface are provided as follows:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE; FURTHER INFORMATION
The following apply to use of our XML interface and data-import service:
- Data-exchange partners are real-estate software vendors, specialist online service providers, and other property portals. A list of all present partners is given above. If your software or service provider is not mentioned, please call for further assistance.
- Data is exchanged and updated daily by means of FTP.
- Use of the XML interface is reserved exclusively for bellevue.de contractual partners, to whom the service is generally provided at no extra charge. However, the XML interface is not available for use by contractual partners with the ‘single’ rate option.
- The advertiser shall receive a report following each import of property data into the bellevue.de database. Where individual properties could not be imported or were rejected, the advertiser is informed via error messages in the report.
- When data is transferred for the first time, all properties selected for bellevue.de are imported (full update). Thereafter only new or modified property details are transferred (incremental update).
- Should you transfer more properties than permitted according to your current contract with bellevue.de, all properties above your limit will not be imported.
- The bellevue.de database currently only accepts a maximum of ten property photos (with at least 485 x 340 pixels).
- In addition to XML imports, online administration services are also available for your own dedicated advertiser’s area – for example, for corrections between imports. Please note that any changes made online will be overwritten by the next import.
- If you require interface formats other than XML, please contact us for further information. Please notice: In case of any necessary adjustments (due to interface formats NOT corresponding with XML) we might have to charge you for this service. It might be helpful to contact your technical provider first!
